SRISHTI is an acronym for the academic community's dedication to promoting a culture of ongoing learning, creativity, and information sharing. The initiative aims to explore top-tier talent, improve the institution's academic reputation and advance knowledge across a range of fields by fostering a research-centric culture. Exposure to the new trends, practical research experiences and chances to network with subject matter experts will all be an advantage to participants or members. With this endeavor, UITHM hopes to establish itself as a center for innovative thinking, top-notch research and the development of a blossoming academic community that is committed to expanding human knowledge. SRISHTI program effectiveness will be evaluated based on the amount and caliber of research outputs produced as well as the favorable effects it has on national and international faculty participation, student/scholar/participant learning outcomes and the academic environment as a whole.
