I decided on four chapters despite the ‘28 Days’ title because my eating habits described within this book are quite boring and 28 separate chapters, while convenient for fleshing out pages, appeared a bit silly to me. My goal was to focus on reducing my sugar intake, without being hungry as an experiment, not to offer an ongoing diet plan, so before we get started you should understand that what I ate each day isn’t recommended for anyone. For the first time it is possible to deploy an integrated hardware platform that brings mainframe and distributed technologies together: a system that can start to replace individual islands of computing and that can work to reduce complexity, improve security, and bring applications closer to the data that they need. With the zEnterprise System a new concept in IT infrastructures is being introduced: zEnterprise ensembles.
