French Abstract: L'objectif de cet article est d'étudier, au travers de l'information circulant entre les sociétés et leurs actionnaires, l'influence de la nationalité, de la taille et du type d'actionnariat des entreprises cotées sur L'Euro NM, marché boursier paneuropéen conçu pour les jeunes entreprises à forte croissance, sur le « corporate governance » au sein de ces firmes. A cet effet, les rapports annuels pour 1997 d'un échantillon de sociétés cotées sur l'Euro NM sont analysés en fonction de critères issus des recommandations d'un organisme public relatives aux informations à diffuser par les sociétés cotées sur leur administration et leur gestion. Alors que les critères d'admission aux différents segments nationaux de l'Euro NM ont été harmonisés, ce sont les spécificités nationales qui semblent principalement influencer l'information diffusée en matière de « corporate governance ». Contrairement à ce qui été observé sur d'autres marchés boursiers, nos résultats démontrent que la taille et la structure de l'actionnariat des sociétés étudiées n'ont quasiment pas d'impact sur leur communication relative au « corporate governance »

Sustainable entrepreneurship has attracted growing attention in both scholarly and practitioner circles. Focusing on generating social, environmental and business value, the notion has been raised more recently to address the contribution of entrepreneurial activities to sustainable economic and social development.
