Jonathan Gregory "J.D." Davis is an American professional baseball third baseman and left fielder for the San Francisco Giants of Major League Baseball (MLB). He played college baseball at California State University, Fullerton, and was drafted by the Houston Astros in the third round of the 2014 Major League Baseball draft. He made his MLB debut with the Astros in 2017, and has also played for the New York Mets.
