This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 12th International Conference on Social Robotics, ICSR 2020, held in Golden, CO, USA, in November 2020. The conference was held virtually. The 57 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 101 submissions. The theme of the 2020 conference is Entertaining Robots.
