He is widely acknowledged as a 'great story-teller' and enjoys entertaining his friends with travel tales or delivering power-point presentations to select audiences. Len's first overseas adventure was as part of a delegation of New Zealand University graduates to People's Republic of China in 1977 and he has been constantly traveling since then.
