Prabhakar Singh

Prabhakar Singh belongs to 1980 batch of Indian Engineering Service, a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, M.B.A. from Management Development Institutes, Gurgaon, Post Graduate Diploma in Environment Management from Institute of Human Settlement, Rotterdam, the Netherlands, Chief Engineer in Central Public Works Department, Government of India. His earlier publications of collection of poems in form of books titled "Angel of Love and Life" in English and "Atmanubhuti" in Hindi were well received by readers. These books were released by Dr. Hamid Ansari, hon'ble Vice President of India. Prabhakar Singh, by nature, is a prolific writer, poet, thinker and philosopher in his own right.
