This was wonderful recording of a BBC performance of "A Perfect Spy". It has multiple actors, uses *stereo* and depth of sound to add to the well-rounded performance. Very enjoyable.

I would have given this five stars, but as it showed in the performance, the story is not spy-focused; it is character-focused. As I have read reviews, this book is considered the best book Le Carre' has ever written. I think I should circle back and read the *nearly* 500-page tome to properly gauge this book. For a quick four-CD play, it was outstanding, but I'm leaving room for the book to surpass it.
