It's so strange, but for some reason I remembered this particular book so clearly - well, I remembered Tina and Hester and Micky clearly, not the rest of them. I don't know why, but this one is memorable to me.

The killer is identified so earlier on to the reader and yet you never once realise until the end. A well written and thought out story. A bit slow in places and now my favourite of her work. But still a good story none the less

Another one where the ending feels very abrupt (especially the very end...whut?) but the idea is great and the story is otherwise well-told. Still, for my money, 5 little pigs is a better "the person convicted of this murder years ago was not actually the murderer so WHODUNIT?" murder mystery.

Moon of Pages

3,5 stars? This was my first Agatha Christie book and I was super excited about it. It was good, but not mindblowing. The plot was interesting and when I was reading the last pages I was so stressed and excited to found out who did it. I did not figure it out. It was a good reveal. The characters were kinda strange and I didn’t love them, but I did really want to unravel the mystery. 

I’m determined to read more of Agatha Christie’s thrillers, but I think I wanted a little more from it.

4.5 stars. Honestly I don't think this ending/solution was that good but I just enjoyed this one a lot.

I mean, I listened to the audiobook it in a workday. I was literally folding mail while making the weirdest faces as the plot got thick and evety time another chwracter was mentioned or wanted to go somehwere, I was like "this is the killer!"

It was a good time. And I even watched the movie they made on it, but forgot the plot so it was consuming it all new again.

Definitely recommend it for a good story, you get drawn in and slowly get to know the characters, and it keeps you guessing until the end.

An entertaining mystery and one in which I didn’t entirely predict ‘whodunit’ but also didn’t care all too much about who did it either. The characters were okay but all felt very similar and somewhat flat. However, it was an entertaining read, just not as gritty or addictive as I was hoping it would be, having read and loved another of Agatha Christie’s titles a few months previous to this.
