So I was searching for a werewolf romance, because I loveeee werewolves & I came across this book and since the blurb sounded damn interesting, I thought why not read this. Well....the story is really good & I'm glad I started this! The characters are amazing, their insecurities are real and the chemistry is evident. 

Hayley is beautiful, stubborn, headstrong but without a gift and so is shunned by majority of the pack. 
Bard is the Alpha; powerful but alone. His pack doesn't give him much attention but he does care for them. Having scars, no family and no love makes him a bit bitter and causes insecurities to rise.

When Hayley is invited to the Washington territory to find a husband by a prospective candidate's mother she chooses to go. Approaching the big, bad alpha wasn't something she decided to do, neither was living with him or falling for him.
Bard knew that he couldn't let anyone in, especially the girl who never follows his orders and so decides to send her back to New York from where she came from. 

But situations cause them to stay together & sometimes things happen for a reason.

This story has a Beauty and the Beast twist with magic, witches, wolves and love. There's age gap between the two which makes their love a bit forbidden along with their personal insecurities that don't allow them to believe that they can be loved.
