Wow, that was absolutely epic! Peterson has not yet to disappoint.

The storyline was so captivating! There was so much adventure and action that just makes you want to keep reading. And the unexpected twist towards the end!? There was a lot that I was not expecting to happen, which I loved a lot. I will say that there are a couple of things I didn't like...maybe it's because I have difficulty tapping into my imagination so to speak. I know it's a fantasy, but sometimes I just scratched my head and said, "That's kind of a terrible idea." Like, turning people into Grey Fangs (a.k.a. wolves)? But that aside, the middle of the book was a bit slow for my taste. I really disliked that Janner was by himself for a long while. However, the reunion when he finally found his family was so sweet! I literally could've cried, especially when Tink was finally found, even though he was now *ahem* a wolf. 

All in all, I enjoyed this book dearly! There were so many sweet, tear-jerking moments that just made the story for me. I'm getting book 3 like ASAP!
