He has always been a mystery figure from the previous books. Nothing too much said but we get more of him than ever before. And I love it. I love his vulnerable side that I just want to hug him. He has experience a lost too deep that it will throw you through a loop. It's expected. And it does take time. I really felt that I wanted him to find someone cause he is such a catch. He is strong yet protective man but he will always be on your side no matter what. Who doesn't want that? I know Layla does.

Layla

She is such a cutie that I want to be her friend. She takes life as breezy as best as she can. And I love it. It takes a lot to be confidence but who cares. Life is short so be who you are. And she is. She has the determination and the will that she can. And she has Mark to be right beside her. 

Mark and Layla

These two are cute for each other. But there will be a miscommunication between them that will cause some drama. Communication is a key. And they seem to lack in it in the beginning. But it does pick up when they are facing a dangerous situation. I won't spoil it for you but you are going to love the thrill of it. Who doesn't love when strong Alpha fall in love when dealing with dangerous situation?
