           Book starts bit basic which is okay and explain subconscious messaging in brain like pain and pleasure in easy way to grasp concept of decision making. Book sounds similar as those about intentional rewiring of your brain to something new and learn ability to change in positive way.
Good lesson how to interpret your mind through words, right words. 

I must said, book made surprise and really good bites inside, however some facts are obvious and found in others mind control books, it's worth repeat and recall them again to not miss and be the change ;)
