Wah so good. So much better than the first one.

While there were still some dialogue and cheesy descriptions that bothered me as I read it, this one was just so much more action packed. Additionally, I found myself more invested in the two protagonists and I LONGED for them to be together. I could relate to some of Isabelle's commitment issues and Thomas was... ugh... just the best with her.

I'm just really happy how everything turned out. The ending definitely was unexpected. There was a part at which I thought the book would end, but it kept going and definitely set up everything well for the next book.

Definitely going to continue to read the series now.
