Lot of information and teachings really resonated with me and my existing knowledge. I was distracted a bit by the scientific-like explanations which often were lacking base and were clearly wrong (as the wavelength of light, for example). More references and proof-reading would help. Nevertheless, I do believe in the methods and meditations of Joe Dispenza and will practice them. [reading time: 14h 11m]
