A sad true story of a small town girl growing up in an abusive life. First by an alcoholic father, then an abusive uncle, and mentally by her first husband. Then there were the bouts of depression that were brought on by these situations. Especially when her son got cancer and died at a young age. And the long haul to try to get herself back to a normal life. It is very hard but she keeps on trying.
