This book was close to being the blandest book I have ever read. The outcome seemed entirely known from the start of the book, the prologue to be exact. The minute amount of conflict Lewis put into the book resolved in eminently predictable ways. I think Lewis did Rebekah a disservice by giving her such a lackluster story. This is a girl who, after all, loves to write stories yet this is her own?
I do not recommend this book at all.
