The Courageous Leader Card

This small card is a takeaway that facilitators can provide to Courageous Leadership Workshop participants to remind them of the three buckets of courage as well as the fillers vs. spillers concept. The primary purpose of the workshop is to help leaders build their own courage and teach them strategies and techniques for building courage in their constituents.
