Growing Strong Women in Agriculture

Women play a major role in the Canadian agricultural sector but their contributions have been ignored because the work women did was interpreted as a natural extension of their familial duties. This booklet describes conditions and roles of women working in agriculture, and the challenges of their visibility in the family, the community and in a national context.
