Basically this book is all about tips to help us be kinder to ourselves and others! It seems so simple that we should be able to do this on our own but if you’re an imperfect human like me, you know that sometimes we need a bit more guidance. I really enjoyed how Candace used moments from her own life to show how she turned it around into a kind and classy moment. I felt like I got to know her a bit more too! .

There are a lot of Biblical references and quotes in here which I expected as it is Candace Cameron Bure and she is not shy about her Christianity. I didn’t mind this at all and I found it very easy to grab the lesson and tip regardless of the biblical quote as I do not identify as Christian. I just wanted to mention this in case some have issues with this. This is who she is and I liked that she shared this side of her in the book. .
