This was better than the first 3 books but let me rant for a second. Like I think we can admit every character is kind of a terrible person. But Tory is just as bad as Darius and she’s over here screwing him up cosmically because she cannot get past her pride.

Like if someone tells you, “if you don’t accept this than we are literally doomed to a lifetime of sadness and tragedy, but if you do accept this we don’t have to be together but the cosmically everything will be ok and we can go about living our lives.” What would you do? Like I don’t care if the dude was bane of my existence but I’m accepting that bond. 

The problem with Tory and Darcy is that they are extremely selfish and self centered. They pretend to be “good” people but they are just as evil as everyone else. They are the worse version of “I’m not like other girls.”

Like Darcy lets a relationship come between her and her sister and lance doesn’t even have the balls to tell Darius. 

And can we stop having Geraldine speak. Like she is going to use some weird idiom that no one says or make thing extremely awkward. I hate every scene where her name is even mentioned.

So much happens in this one with the twins and heirs. The cliffhanger though…really did me dirty.

I’m afraid this series might be the end of me. Because what the fuck was that ending?! This series gives me sooo much more than Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac did. The characters are better, the focus on plot and character development is better. This one I just knew was going to set me up for even more crazy shit and I’m not sure if I would be able to prepare myself for it.

I’m afraid this series might be the end of me. Because what the fuck was that ending?! This series gives me sooo much more than Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac did. The characters are better, the focus on plot and character development is better. This one I just knew was going to set me up for even more crazy shit and I’m not sure if I would be able to prepare myself for it.

The ending?! I’m in denial, Orion is not dead he can’t be I won’t believe it until I start the next book, and Tory is star crossed with Darius?! I totally get her points for refusing the divine moment but also what??!! Darius literally opened his heart and she stamped all over it (I would’ve 100% said yes despite the major bullying he’s done for the past 4 books) 

I read this book so fast- I loved the whole thing, the relationship with Darcy & Orion growing so much (he can’t be dead I don’t accept it), the addition of Gabriel into the plot and the heirs at Christmas at the palace! 

I am glad I read the prequel series so that I had more of a connection to Gabriel, I’m surprised if he was the twins ally that he didn’t go and help at the palace though and that he wasn’t heard of in the end part of the book 

I loved all the heirs and twins connecting at Christmas and the twins finding out more of their past (do they have a brother? Who is that boy!!) and Geraldine has really grown on me as a secondary character despite her crazy way of speaking. The best part for me though had to be when Orion got confused between Tory and Darcy and tried to get with Tory (I was giggling like a little girl), ahhh SO GOOD! 

Out of all of the heirs I think Caleb is the one I’m not a fan of the most, but then I’m still not loving Seth either. Max has improved dramatically with his pining for Geraldine but my faves were Darius and Orion so that ending broke me

I haven’t felt like this about a plot and a series since ACOTAR so I’m hoping this continues- the level of spice to the plot ratio is perfect and I’m so invested now!!

An Academy Bully Romance

Can someone please tell me what the plot of these books are?!?? Because honestly there is like a grand total of 5 sentences dedicated to plot here and the rest is just ??? Bullying I guess?? The timeline for this series is absolutely whack. The characters make the most frustrating decisions and it’s aggravating. I have a feeling these sisters just randomly make up the contents to each story as they go - no outlines to overarching ideas - just nonsense from start to finish.

like ok? it was fine? after reading the reviews, i can thoroughly say that i disagree with all the popular reviews HAHAHA. i truly do NOT care about the goody two shoe sister and her old as fuck teacher boyfriend. they are so boring.. their entire relationship is “we can’t tell anybody anything! but let’s have public sex at a very crowded party!” … what? and i’m supposed to believe they’re the smart ones?? now the toxic couple i get and understand completely. they make sense to me. and i care about their POVs because damaged characters == interesting plot. do readers not understand that??? like you’re not supposed to agree with everything the toxic couple does because they’re toXIC but at least their characterization is fucking consistent, golly.
