Oh. My. God.

That's it. I'm utterly speechless and still angry over the fucking epilogue.

Now THAT deserves a 5 star rating!

Except for the fact that, in my humble opinion, the beginning of this book should've been the end of the previous one, it was just perfect.
So much intrigue, plotting and scheming to keep you engaged and guessing. I've never seen these many moving pieces in a series outside of ASOIAF.
And the slow-burn romance is giving me ALL of the feels.

I cannot believe I'm just a book away from the conclusion. I'm not ready.

I’m not gonna lie this book was a bit frustrating... too much talking, I was expecting more to happen. This is not a love triangle it’s a more of a hexagon, I’m seriously not feeling my otp 😔 

I feel as this is an extra installment the writer made just to extended the series one more book, It’s a shame I really love a lot of the characters.

I really hope this changes on the last book!

The Grey Wolf Throne is the third book in the seven realms series and honestly, it hasn’t been my favorite one to date. I was really enjoying the first 2/3rds of this book because of how fast paced it was and how much was going on. However, it took a turn for me when Han learns the truth about who Raisa is and the fact that she wasn’t really a maid from the Fells like he had thought. It still wasn’t horrible, because you got to really see how much Han was fighting himself over this new piece of knowledge. It slowly continued down hill when we got Han, Rasia and Amon back in Fellsmarch and back on Raisa throne. Things didn’t feel as much fun as they were in the other three books. 

The characters were still being fleshed out in this book, even as were were introduced to new characters like Mellony. We got to see a different side of Han that, while I didn’t enjoy, was interesting to read about. Rasia was also growing into herself this book as she took the throne and stopped being walked on. She was still kind of whiney but she persevered like the Grey Wolf that she is. 

Cinda Chima’s writing is still beautiful. It was so easy to get into and just be sucked into the story as if I was watching it on TV. I can’t wait to read her other books just to get more taste of her writing style.

I love how much the characters have developed! Each character has such an interesting story arc, and can no longer be classified as just good or bad. The political side of this story was super fun to read about, as well. I also love Han and Raisa together, and I wish there were more scenes with just the two of them!
