Clara Zetkin (1857-1933) was a German Marxist theorist who tirelessly advocated for women's rights. In her writings, Clara Zetkin describes the political process that ultimately allowed for 'socialised reproduction' - namely the establishment by the Soviet Revolutionary government of communal kitchens, laundries and child care facilities.
