In a Good Light

Esther, a thirty- five- year- old woman stuck in a rather peculiar rut is living with her older brother Christian; he's in a wheelchair from an accident which happened when she was 15 and he was 20. On a visit to a school she's shocked to see a little girl she recognises immediately as the child of a girl she used to know called Penny- Penny was Christian's girlfriend at the time of the accident, and Esther adored her. And, inevitably, we move slowly towards the accident which left Christian a paraplegic.
