I really enjoyed this romance! Aisha is smart and confident and knows what she wants and Kwame is caring, considerate and down bad for her!! This definitely is making want to pick up more of Allen's works.

This book is the definition of what’s meant to be will be. As my second book read by Danielle it is official, I LOVE her style of writing! I will always root for and support other black women especially black authors.

I felt so deeply connected to these characters it was UNREAL. The fact that Aisha looks & speak like I do is just I don’t know how to explain it other than there isn’t enough material out there with black MCs..

This book also tackled a bit of racial injustice believe it or not. I almost got teary eyed because of that. 

Aisha & Kwame were so damn good together it was intoxicating. I’m so Obsessed & in love I can’t wait to read more. Also.. this book was FILTHY 🥵🥵
