I love Dava Sobel's dedication to telling the story of the stars, of space, and the planets. So many of her books flow lyrically captivating the reader in a beautiful narrative that they only later remember is actually true. I thank my favorite history teacher for introducing me to Sobel back in 2012.
This book spanned approximately half a century without ever focusing on just one woman. Sobel weaves together the story putting the women front and center without losing the overall narrative thread. Absolutely loved this book.
