Fun times at good ol' wild west!

Wanted a bit more of "daily life" back then. But oh well! 

I'm on some binge-reading about Calamity Jane, and expected this one here to tell me lots of info about her and her life etc. 

To be honest, wanted to read about Lola Montez too and had no problem reading about other women from back then, which I've either heard of, or had read about here and there.

BUT... this one here, calls women from back then like, delicate flowers and whatnot... who got raped a lot. Who did "what women do|" and that's changing their minds about anything for no reason? Huh? What? Why would you write that? Ugh... and the over analysing all the prostitution from back then, and ugh.. nope. 

I don't want to read about a woman who went there because of her man and did stuff because of her man, and how someone raped a woman and then they were a happy family and whatnot. Anyway, what I wanted was NOT what I gathered mainly a personal idea of how things were, with of course info about known women and I'm not the one who researched to double check facts, even though I take everything with a grain of salt, but again. This is NOT how women were back then, and even if it is, then it's how SOME women were back then, but spare me the bullshit, cuz when you have a title WOMEN OF THE OLD WILD WEST. Newsflash: Please don't go on and on and on and on about the prostitutes of back then, yeah we get it, we've seen enough Deadwood episodes and we read a bunch of old west books fiction and non. 

Ugh.. anyway, have had problems with lots of things here, and I'm mainly rating it 2 stars, because I think I've learned something about back then for specific women back then that I've found interesting, yes, you could say, why don't you wiki the names to read and fact-check etc.etc... oh well!
