All of my previous review still applies to this book. It survives round two of the purge from my personal collection.

This is definitely not high-brow fiction but at the same time it's pretty well written. It's good, light reading that I got sucked into. Obviously, the romance and suspense are heightened for the purpose of the book and some of the things are not factually correct (aka the reality of the life of a military wife/widow and the fact that a Navy Seal has a dog) but the rest of the book is good enough for me to overlook it. I haven't read a Dee Henderson book for a while and rereading this book reminded me of why I own almost all of her books.

I recommend this for any reader who is a fan of light, well-written fiction. (Slight disclaimer: This is Christian fiction. This is not a detractor for me but for some who are unaware of this fact before reading, that could put them off.)
