I really enjoyed this book. I love a good secret society plot, and this did not disappoint! 

Growing up, Tatum's father (and then brother) are members of the Obsidian brotherhood, a decades old secret society that has its hands in all facets of power throughout the world. Caspian is the son of their rival family. He's always kept Tatum in his peripheral, never getting too close but always observing and protecting her. Tatum is kept on the outside until one fateful night when her whole world collapses. The night she and Caspian spend together and after which he disappears without any explanation. 

Will Tatum become collateral damage in their family's struggle for power? Caspian vows to never allow that, but will he be too late? 

Tatum and Caspian's chemistry is off the charts! I love how she can always feel him lurking in the shadows. This is a spicy read (that gift her sends her though *fans self*) with some interesting plot twists. Recommend!
