Biological Test Method Reference Method for Determining Acute Lethality of Effluents to Rainbow Trout

Explicit standard or reference methods for measuring the acute lethal toxicity of effluents to rainbow trout (oncorhynchus mykiss) are provided in this report. Specific instructions for performing and reporting acute lethality tests with samples of effluent are given, and the guidance provided in the generic methodology report Àcute lethality test using rainbow trout' is extended.
