I want to love this series. The puns as titles get me every time, and I bought a bunch of these on sale because of it, but I just cannot get into them!

This one was too chaotic. I read it slowly, but I could not remember what was supposed to be happening between all of the various plot lines. Having multiple plot lines is a hindrance if they cannot be finished neatly.

This is the second book where a fire leads Meg to respond. I don't like this "plot device" since it seems unrealistic for a person to just hop out if bed to go visit a fire at 2am.

Everything about this book was just a little bit off kilter.
