Short and easy to read, the author introduces concepts to help you practice the power of now. Personally I thought more examples could have been given - and I would love to see a link where he audibly walks through the processes that are in the book... perhaps I should have purchased the audio version.

I think it is very well written and it make sense. But Im mire the fiction kind of reader therfore it was kind of boring to read. Im also young and I think this book is better for people with more life experience. But all in all is it a fantastic book for spiritual healing.
