(3.75/5) Audiobook - 3 hours 36 minutes - I didn't honestly expect much from this book but it did exceed whatever expectations I did have. The main character feels very realistic and narrates in a way that is both entertaining and relatable. The focus of the book was interesting too, touching on the way that we project our own insecurities to the extent we distort reality. There were a few aspects I didn't like so much - one of the final scenes with the monologue felt false and took away my immersion in the story, and a couple of the characters felt overly stereotyped, but overall it was an interesting book.
