Robin Abbot and Emerson "Skip" Gibbs, ex-lovers and ex-radicals of the 1960s, team up once again in the 1980s to even an old score in Detroit against wealthy addict and former fellow radical Woody Ricks, while onetime bomb expert Chris Mankowski, now assigned to Sex Crimes, goes after Woody for another vicious crime.
