The book is divided into two parts. The first contains more traditional law and economics articles, covering a range of conventional legal topics. This part, it is hoped, will give the novice a flavour of the state of the field and the traditional methods of analysis. The second part attempts to introduce new methodological techniques and subject-matter concerns to law and economics.
