I really liked this one!

Great build-up, nice payoff and all around fun and full of action. 

Some witch is making the X-Men gather a bunch of swords to fight a bunch of otherworld peeps (mostly Apocalypse's kids and wife) and whoever wins takes the cake! (cake=island)

The whole journey of them all getting the swords and whatnot, was fun to say the least, and the contest going on each round was even more fun to read, dialogue plot and all, with nice twists and turns and overall great. 

"Find the most fearsome challenger in all of creation and make her your wife. Lie down at night beside your greatest threat. Make love to your fate. - Apocalypse 

The artwork was great on every single title taking part in this one and you won't be disappointed if you like the teams and the books overall so far. The event even brings up any titles that weren't holding their own.
