I enjoyed this story. You can tell that it was the first installment of this series but it was still good. I found that the plot was a little jumpy or scattered. I found myself turning a page and checking to make sure I didn't turn more than one because the story would just jump from one aspect to another. However, it was still quite enjoyable and I absolutely loved the art! I think that this was a good introduction to the story and I will definitely be continuing on with this series. I loved the quirky characters and the setting of this story too.

Reading Giant Days is like going back in time to my first year of university. Sure, everyone's adventures are unique, but the process of discovery through doing stupid crap is fairly universal to the traditional university crowd. You're at that borderline between childhood and adulthood, and you're still learning how to be a reasonably successful person. In the process, you do a lot of silly, potentially ill-thought through things, and you gain a lot of memories. Giant Days is a fantastically humorous representation of this period of people's lives, and will inspire more than a few belly laughs! The art is also very expressive, exaggerating expressions and body form at the right moments to really drive home the drama of these students' lives.

Pensaba, de hecho, darle 4 estrellas porque me estaba gustando mucho, pero de pronto se ha acabado y ha sido como que le falta un final, algo. This was just the middle of the road for me. I didn't really know what to expect going in except it was a story about three friends going to college and all the shenanigans that ensue. 
I'm not a big graphic novel reader because I do find that I always lack a certain attachment to the characters and this was no different. So I think my opinion can be taken with a pinch of salt. 
The artwork was really good and that is something I did really appreciate.
However, the plot just didn't do it for me as there wasn't really one. It's more anecdotes and small snippets of their college lives more than an overarching plot. I don't really no how to feel about that. I'm a generally plot driven reader so when everything is so detached like this I don't tend to enjoy it that much. 
I do think I will pick up the next volume just because I am interested and I hope that the characters will grow on me. And I didn't hate this by any means so I'm willing to give this another go!

I don't normally read graphic novels but I decided to give this one a try. I loved it! It was so much fun to read. It follows three girls at their university. They are great! I think I will start reading more graphic novels. Feel free to give me some recommendations.

Not great, but cute and sometimes even funny, so I might continue with it. I liked Susan, I guess she was the character I could relate with in this story. But I liked Esther so much more. She's pure fun.

I really need to read about things before just diving in. Because, for some reason, I thought this was going to be about giants. There are no giants. There's no one to blame but myself.

This would have been better as a TV-cartoon series.

I seriously had no idea where this comic was going. I feel like it’s suppose to be like another 2015 Archie comic. But.. idk, I thought it was missing something. It had some hilarious parts and the artistry was better than anything I could do. 



It’s just about three girls trying to find themselves in college. Has a lot of feminist aspects to it and supporting LGBT and what not. 



I think it was good for what it was, but it could have been more.

Loved this comic!

The cover might make you think this is about boxing - well, no. It's really about three best friends: Susan, Esther and Daisy who are just starting university. They are all very different, but they always have each other's backs to the ups and downs of uni life. I found their misadventures really fun to read and somewhat relatable to my university year. Susan is actually a medical student, so that was a cool fact!

I also really loved the art, the color scheme of the in between pages and the little sketches throughout. 

Definitely recommend this if you want a non-fantasy type of graphic novel to read!
