Fake girlfriend tropes can often be a little unbelievable, but you buy into this relationship readily because they seem to have genuine affection for one another as friends. Sure they have obvious chemistry and attraction, but it’s their understanding and respect they show towards each other that make this a five star read for me. Tropes are fun, though sometimes lazy in romance books, but when done well they are
