Firstly, I didn’t expect the ending will be sad and broke my heart to pieces . Oh God, I really can felt the love and fondness between Suraya and Pink but their sacrifices; ughh so painful.

Moreover, the setting in this book is really a typical malay story; about the place their went, people, food also the ghost ( in malay, we called ‘hantu’) - they’re really malaysian and me as a Malaysian, I’m so proud and understand well about the story. The ‘hantu’s aren’t the eerie and scary one— they are so friendly and funny which I know they are just ficional characters but sometimes I thought; what if I have a bestfriend like one of them instead a human?Astaghfirullah what i was thinking about! They are creatures that Allah despise and they want to mislead the human’s faith. Aha I should keep noted to myself.

But overall the elements in this book; fantasy, light-horror, friendship, love and family - I really LOVE them. Eventhough this book was targeted for middle grade readers but for me, it was fun to read.
