The Journeys of the Clever Man

SUMMARY: Neils first hears about the clever man from old Mr Frank, who lived in the flat below and used to read him the story from a book he knew by heart. Mr frank dies and the story of the clever man still haunts Neils and in the story we to learn about the clever man.
