The Success Principles for Teens was a helpful, quick read. Although it did not provide any new insights for me, I do think it helped me to change the way I viewed some problems (ex: facing fears, making excuses) so that those issues were easier to confront. The exercises and 'to-do lists' throughout the chapters were definitely doable and not too time-consuming. At times, the book was a bit repetitive, but it did cover each topic very thoroughly. 

Not a life-changer, but it's certainly motivational. There are some great quotes included in each chapter.
