In this wickedly funny novel, a young orderly at a Times Square hospital sells stolen pharmaceuticals to finance his growing addiction to memorabilia. As the story switches from the make-believe world he created with his childhood friends to the grownup pleasures of sex, drugs and alcohol, he falls in and out of love, and stumbles through New York City in search of dubious redemption.
