After his forced early retirement from the CIA, Jerry Paul lives a quiet life on the North Carolina coast, but an unsolved case comes back to haunt him. Paul is hired by the U.S. Counterterrorism Center to help track down some missing plutonium before former rogue KGB agents sell it to Iranian terrorists.
