The Passionate Love of a Rake is the second book in a series, but it can be read as a standalone. The protagonist couple of the first book (Robert's brother, Edward, and his wife, Ellen) are also characters in the story and I became curious to know their story, so if I have a chance to read it, I will. But the third book in the series, that will tell Edward's stepson John's story, is already on the kindle and will be read very soon.
