           I can handle general proselytizing, it's par for the course with this genre, but the insistence that white Canadian settlers/Canadian Mounties did not/would not take Indigenous children from their families was too cringey. I was rolling my eyes *hard* at the denigration of Indigenous medicine, and was ready to give this a single star. Only thing that bumped this up to generous 2 stars instead of 1 was because they didn't steal the Indigenous child from his father.
