4 ★ - (enjoyed a lot/really liked it)

A quick read on one of my favorite historical figures -- what I love about reading different books about Teddy is that they each bring out and focus different things about him and his life. This one touched on some things I hadn't really noticed before and although middle-grade level, the writing was good! A great book for a first introduction to Theodore Roosevelt but also to build on previous reads about him :)
