currently on a road trip so it was a nice book to be engaged with. there were some choices with words that were repetitive and i would’ve liked the history to be delved into more, but this was a fun read.

It asks what we're willing to sacrifice to live a peaceful life. And yeah, there's suspense and horror, but there's also the bond of those who will give anything to save the ones they love.
