What a gem! I love Ms Alexanders books. The story always sweeps you up and before you know it you are right in the middle of the action, feeling like you're right there along with the hero/ine!

You'd think that a vigilante getting retribution on the pieces of crap who have abused women would be a good thing. But Atlanta Detective Leigh has been forced to work with an FBI agent for a partner. Not on her list of great ideas.

J.T. Noble carried a whole lot of baggage! Some visible and some hidden, just like Leigh who carries her own secrets, some of which just might land the duo in hot water. The simmering attraction between work partners? These two are pretty much explosive! I loved watching them try to fight it and then finally submitting to their passion.

Add in a prisoner release that gives Leigh nightmares and the story packs a helluva punch!
