Oh boy!

I wanted to love this, I really did...and I was up until (view spoiler)[that very long two on one rape scene. It wasn't necessary to go on for that long...or to happen at all. It left me shaken and worried that I'd be blindsided by another one again. (hide spoiler)]

And it's definitely more graphic than her Small Town series for sure. 

I didn't understand the connection between her training, her father and the brothers...and by the time it was revealed, I was just ready to be done with these characters. 

I was able to figure out the informant though, so kudos to me, I guess?

I think I'll just stick to the Small Town series, because it's clear that this one is not for me.
