What a roller coaster of emotions – loved Slade and Livy AND Jericho’s story. It was so great to return to this world, revisit old characters and meet new ones. 

At the same time ... this felt a little incomplete ... with some unresolved plotlines that are going to haunt me. 😂 Then again, Jewel has never been afraid to take chances and this book certainly does. I hope Jewel plans to give us a little more of this world! 

Melinda’s story, mayhaps? 😉

 Oh my god this book was a heartbreak formed into words.
 I felt it with every single imotion in me.
 I cried so much but it made me smile at the end.
 Liv and wilder were amazing together, and I really loved the dog jerry.
 The mystery elements were definitely amazing and honestly kept me on edge through the whole book.
 I really enjoyed how the mystery and romance were mixed together in a marblless way which got me invested in the plot.
 However, I didn't really like how the father character was written, I do understand how any father would definitely be protective over his children.
 But in my opinion, the way he was acting was too much.
 But really overall, this was amazing and full of sad, beautiful drama.
 Really loved it

I thought this book was going to be totally different. I didn’t expect for there to be assassins everywhere 💀 Anyways, some parts were good but most of the time i could only think of finishing this
